Basic Policy Against Antisocial Forces

Cypress Investment Management Co., Ltd. has established the following basic policy against antisocial forces, and all officers and employees will comply with it in order to ensure the appropriateness and safety of business operations.

1. The entire organization will take action against antisocial forces and ensure the safety of employees from antisocial forces.
2. In order to prevent damage caused by antisocial forces, we will establish close cooperative relationships with external specialized organizations.
3. We will not have any relationship, including business relationships, with antisocial forces. We will reject any unreasonable demands from antisocial forces. .
4. We will take legal action against unreasonable demands from antisocial forces, both civil and criminal, as necessary.
5. We will not provide funds or engage in backroom transactions with antisocial forces.

サイプレス・インベストメント・マネジメント株式会社は、次のとおり反社会的勢力に対する基本方針を定め、役職員一同これを遵守することにより、業務の適切性と安全性の確保に努めます。

 

１．反社会的勢力に対しては、組織全体として対応し、反社会的勢力から従業員の安全を確保します。

２．反社会的勢力による被害を防止するため、外部専門機関と緊密な連携関係を構築します。

３．反社会的勢力と取引関係を含めて一切の関係を持ちません。反社会的勢力による不当要求は拒絶します。

４．反社会的勢力による不当要求に対しては、必要に応じて民事と刑事の両面から法的対応を行います。

５．反社会的勢力への資金提供や裏取引を行いません。
